With a little over four months into The
Growth Coach’s “Driving Success – Balancing Life” program, I continue to find myself intrigued with its approach and, more particularly,
by the change in mindset that I have experienced to date. This is anything but a “RAH, RAH” offering.
What I appreciate
most about this approach is that it integrates the need for honest self-appraisal at both the business and personal levels. Through an outline that you have effectively administered, we are forced to examine and end up articulating quite clearly the connection
between our personal traits, idiosyncrasies, and life histories and our work habits and experiences as entrepreneurs. This program
recognizes quite clearly that they are inseparable.
Through a series of exercises, the program provides a very articulate process
by which we are able not only to analyze pragmatically the traits and “blocks” that are preventing us from reaching our goals but
also to help us determine what it is that is truly meaningful for us. Only by asking the hard questions – and it does – the
program forces up to free those aspects of ourselves that are unnecessarily holding us back. Then, it helps us develop the solution
in an orderly and concise manner through the Strategic PlannerSM – in itself a cleverly created reference point for moving forward.
Like
others initially skeptical, I look forward to working the second half of the program.

Ingar will tell you up front that he doesn't give you any
information that you haven't heard before. Maybe that's not entirely true, but what Ingar does is he holds you accountable for getting
